Meeting convened at 6:48pm.

Committee reviewed the minutes of our April 25, 2006, meeting with regard to the recommendations of the committee for the school gym floor and the maintenance costs savings for the new floor surface, recommended.   Randy Lorge will be attending the Pastoral Council meeting tonight and needs to be prepared to discuss the committee recommendations with the Council and able to answer there questions.

Donald Placzkowski indicated plans are underway to have volunteers remove the school bleachers from the gym on a Saturday in June, possibly June 10 th. The old bleachers will be temporarily stored in the school hallways until either sold or discarded.

The old gym floor is scheduled to be removed July 10 and the new floor surface installed in August after the Parish Festival and before school starts.

David Berndt and his volunteer group of Boy Scouts will be completing the landscaping project along the east side of the Parish Center this weekend May 19-20.

Donald Placzkowski reported some water had spotted ceiling tile in the area of north school entrance following a recent wind and rain storm. We will investigate further how the water came in.  

At our June 06 committee meeting we will review the maintenance items approved for fiscal year 2006-2007.
