1.    Opening Prayer

3.    Approval of Minutes of March 2008

4.    Approval of Financial Statements—RE and School

5.    Old Business:  

• Budget status for next year.

• Work service hours by parents for tuition costs.   Idea suggested by Clayton Kane.

• Status of after school program for next year.

• Contract status with Lincoln School.

• Clarification of chaperone ratio for May dance.

6.   New Business:  

• Discussion of letter given to parish by Finance Council this past weekend, indicating the closing of the school as last option for continuing shortage of funds.   Changing grade levels of school.

• Need to have plan regarding students of other parishes that are currently enrolled.   (No future subsidies from St, Anthony’s or St. Michaels and how this affects them.)

• Discussion on future enrollment of new students from St. Anthony’s or St. Michaels, if they wish to come.

7.   Other Business:

Discuss new ideas for increasing enrollment.

• Discussion of other items of importance.

8.    Informational Reports:
