In attendance: Denise Stueck, Tom Berg, Lois Maczuzak, MaryEllen Waldvogel, Alex Schreiner, Becky Dillenburg, Ron Henn, Linda Meisner, Mark Fuller and Nancy Schauer
Opening Prayer: was performed
New Members: None present
Approval of Agenda: Henn moved, Dillenburg seconded to approve agenda as printed. Motion carried.
Approval of Minutes: Henn moved, Berg seconded to approve minutes. Motion carried.
Financial Statements: Schauer moved, Dillenburg seconded to approve financial statements. Motion carried.

Reports:
A. Pastoral Office – No report
B. Home & School – Meisner reported on the outcome of the Home Interior Candle Sales that were held, the Book Fair results and the Parade participation
C. Finance Council – see Financial Council minutes
D. Director
of Religious Education – Confirmation will be held with 40 confirmation
candidates from Sacred Heart and one from
E. School
Administrator –Student Council is requesting a spring lock in. The Chocolate Ice Cream Shop will donate 10%
of their sales the first Wednesday of every month to Sacred Heart. Subway will donate the same but starting
after
F. Pastoral Council – see Pastoral Council minutes.
G. Athletic Committee – increased athletic fees and the cost for concessions were also raised. Also the Booster Club discussed holding a fundraiser of pizza sales.
H. BTCE Committees
a. Personnel – No report
b. Budget Proposal – No report
c. Policy-need to set a subsequent meeting date to discuss a new policy that will set a 90 day probationary period for new students. Will be sent with next months meeting agenda for review.
d. Development-a task force has been created to evaluate and develop plans for retaining and obtaining more students for our school through evaluating ourselves and trying to continue to be a welcoming community.
e. Technology –No report
