Committee Updates:

A.   Building & Grounds– Herb-Committee did a walk thru of the school and church in November. All requests have been considered in the budget.

B.   Finance – There will be a new budget to present at the next meeting. Ordinary income is behind schedule, combined with income $50K behind. Unrestricted donations $31K above budget, expenses behind budget. Non Parish subsidies are high priority. Total Board members have attended the Finance meetings to communicate back to the committee. Increasing the enrollment continues to be a top concern. Mass attendance is also a concern. Finance council is 75% of the way thru the budget- $28K off the budget amount. Looking for a fundraising event that will help balance the budget. Alumni foundation is a great idea.  Insurance rates have dropped. Next meeting Tuesday, March 27, and then second Tuesday of April.

C.   Stewardship – No report. Advancing the Mission – meeting Monday April 23 @ Camp Tekawitha and Manitowoc, Menasha, and Green Bay. Committee members are encouraged to attend. We need a Stewardship Fair.

D.   Board of Total Catholic Education – See Lois and Sister Gemma’s reports.
