Sacred Heart Youth Ministry Planning Team Minutes

Items of Discussion:

Started a prayer journal for the team.   Team members can pray for each member’s prayer needs.  

First section of Growing Teen Disciples (GTD) was discussed.   Each member shared what parts they viewed as important.   This information will help when forming the YM mission statement.  

Intercessory Prayer Base development was mentioned.   Ann Radtke will get back to Amy this week about being the possible director.   Jean Pensis and Beth McFarlane are interested in being prayer warriors.  

Development of a new YM prayer was discussed.   Amy will create a rough version of a new prayer.   The team will revise it.   Prayer completion needs to occur before school is let out.  

Stewardship Fair June 9-10 was discussed.   There will be a tri-fold at the booth that Amy will design.              

Action Items:

Pray for team members.

• Continue to think of people for the Intercessory Prayer Team.
• Revise the YM prayer Amy creates after it’s received by email.
• Let Amy know if you can help at the Stewardship Fair after masses.
• Let Amy know if the upcoming meetings WILL NOT work ASAP.
