With the completion of Phase II of the renovation project, the sanctuary will be on the north side of the church, located in an addition opposite of the Gathering Space. The reconfiguration will allow for more participation in the liturgies, as well as provide more seating for our parishioners and visitors. The renovation will be more practical for funerals and weddings, allowing for special processions to advance through the middle of the entire congregation rather than having to turn mid-point.

Upon completion of the Phase II renovation project, all liturgies will be enhanced. Communion distribution will proceed more efficiently. Music will be improved due to the central location for the musicians and instruments. The entire bilding will be brought up to fire code with the installation of a sprinkler system and updating of the firewall between the church and the school. Insulation of the church roof will save lost energy and help control fuel costs.

Contributions toward Phase II may be made by making your check payable to Sacred Heart Parish Renovation Fund and mailing it to the Parish Center or dropping it in the collection basket on any weekend.

There has been a lot of positive feedback regarding our Gathering Space, elevator, and other aspects of Phase 1. Now it is time to move into Phase II. Let's work together to make our church more functional for now and in the future! Let's complete the dream together!
